In-House Facilities

Wood seasoning plant:
Perfect seasoning of raw wood is the first and foremost requirement to ensure that the product made out of it would not only last several decades but would retain their looks and finish for long. if the wood is not properly seasoned, it is useless to make anything out of it. We have got two large chambers to reduce the waiting time to half.

Chemical treatment plant:
In order to reinforce the wood further and to obviate the possibility of attack by woodworms and other insects, the same is given chemical treatment also for which, in-house facility is available with us.

Ultra-violet rays chamber:
Ultra-violet rays are known to possess anti-bacterial properties and destroy micro-organisms and other parasites feeding themselves on wood. We have all necessary arrangements to protect our wood with the help of ultra-violet radiation chamber.

Digital dehumidifier chamber:
Digital dehumidifier chamber is used by us to ensure that our wooden products remain unaffected despite wide fluctuation in humidity level in tropical climate. All of the above wood treatments give long life to the wood and block any attack by micro organisms.

Others:
All necessory tools amd apparatus to assist the artisans so that their productivity is increased manifold. Wood cutting, planing, turning, buffing are done with state-of-art equipments by the artisans. Well ventilated and well lighted large workshed of 20,000 sq.ft. with modern I.T.enabled office and well-educated staff.
